Water is bullshit

Ya, you heard me right! I just read it again online - "the best way to keep from mindless snacking during the day is to drink plenty of fluids." Bullshit. I drink more fluids than anyone I know. Mostly water. Occasionally diet soda or coffee. I'm STARVING! How is this possible? I've eaten 2 meals since 11:00, and my stomach is rumbling. This is ridiculous. Both meals were high in protein and carbs. I'm about ready to fall asleep here at my desk. I've been to the bathroom like 8 times today.

I wonder how my bloodwork came out...
