- Had my first weigh in today. no looking at the scale. It makes me depressed to have my self-worth connected with a number.
- Stop at WorkOutWorld in Norwood on the way home from work today and join. They have pilates on tuesdays and thursdays, which I like.
- Aim for low sodium and high fiber for the first couple of weeks.
- I like cucumbers. I should always have some around me to snack on.
- Continue to suck down water like it's the end of the world, just like I do every other day of my life.
- No beer.
I'll re-evaluate in a couple of weeks to see how this works out for me.
