Day 1 - LOSER

The first day of the rest of... *sigh* So it begins. My company is having a Biggest Loser competition. Luckily, it will be measured by percentage. I have an ambitious goal of 20% by Memorial day. The plan:
  • Had my first weigh in today. no looking at the scale. It makes me depressed to have my self-worth connected with a number.
  • Stop at WorkOutWorld in Norwood on the way home from work today and join. They have pilates on tuesdays and thursdays, which I like.
  • Aim for low sodium and high fiber for the first couple of weeks.
  • I like cucumbers. I should always have some around me to snack on.
  • Continue to suck down water like it's the end of the world, just like I do every other day of my life.
  • No beer.

I'll re-evaluate in a couple of weeks to see how this works out for me.
