weird. After 2 more pilates classes, I feel like I can't stand up straight because the whole front of my body is contracting. Still. Maybe I should work on my back muscles and the back of my legs to even things out. At least I'm going to the gym. I've stuck with it longer than I expected to, which was not at all.
Now for the diet. Yes. Fiber is good. Red beans on toast. That felt good. I sit at my desk at work and eat cucumber chunks - crunchy goodness. I also haven't had caffeine in 3 days, not by choice, but by accident. I also brought my favorite glass from home to keep on my desk for extensive water intake. Bananas, apples for a sweet treat later, then off to bed without a big heavy meal beforehand.
I had a dream last night that the only thing I had to wear was my orange bikini, and that I was running around in it. (In reality, the orange bikini hasn't been worn in about 4 years, and would sooner unravel itself than be forced onto my lumpy body right now.) Oh, how I would love to rock it this summer, though.
